Spotlight: Of Monsters and Men

At the end of 2012, a little Icelandic band made a massive dint on the music scene. With their hit, “Little Talks” Of Monsters and Men developed a loyal following of fans. Inspired by their folk roots and bold sound, the band has continued building a presence with their great sound.

We were so excited to see some of the band members; Brynjar Leifsson, Kristjan Pall Kristjansson and Arnar Rosenkranz Hilmarsson, carrying Ful! Take a look:

Arnar was kind enough to answer a few questions about touring, his favorite cities and of course, his Ful bag. Check it out!

Ful: What is the best thing about touring?

Anar: When touring we get to see all these different places in the world and experience different cultures. It’s a great thing to be able to connect with people through our music and touring is the only way to have fun with our fans.

Ful: What has been your favorite city and/or cities so far?

Anar: All the cities we’ve been to have something different to offer, so it´s hard to pick a favorite one… I´d say Portland is high up on the list, It has BroDogs, Voodoo Doughnuts and an amazing hat store!

Ful: What music inspires you while traveling?

Anar: The music I listen to depends on the mood I’m in at the time, but lately I’ve been listening to the album “Shields” by Grizzly Bear… amazing sound!

Ful: What are important things to have when traveling?

Anar: I’d say underwear, socks, good mood and your cousin…

Ful: Now that you own a Ful bag, what is your favorite feature?

Anar: My favorite thing about my Ful backpack is all the extra departments. I have a lot of little things that all need their space!
